PP-RCT is a high-performance upgraded material in the field of polypropylene piping, full name Polypropylene Random Copolymer with enhanced Crystallinity Temperature, commonly referred to as high-temperature-resistant polypropylene pipe or fourth-generation PP-R pipe. It is not a completely new material, but a high-performance polypropylene pipe developed on the basis of traditional PP-R through molecular structure optimization, crystallization morphology control, and nanomodification technologies.

Manufacturing of PP-RCT
- Special Resin Synthesis and Modification
- Random copolymerization of propylene with 1.5%~4% ethylene, precisely controlling the molecular weight distribution; the core involves a blend of high-efficiency α-crystalline nucleating agents and a composite anti-oxidation system. Through twin-screw blending and granulation, special particles with high crystallinity and high melt strength are formed.
- Precision Extrusion Molding
- Single-screw extrusion is used with strict temperature control (≤230°C to prevent degradation); the key to success lies in ‘gradient slow cooling’ Größe (60°C → 40°C → 25°C staged spraying), allowing the nucleating agents to fully act and uniformly refine spherulites, avoiding internal stress and microcracks caused by rapid cooling; laser online diameter and thickness measurement is conducted throughout.

- Connection of underfloor heating main/branch pipes, exposed pipelines for radiators
