UN: Standard products need to add anti-UV agent, outdoor service life can reach more than 20 années. It is recommended to use black pipe fittings (carbon black content ≥2%) in long-term sunshine environment.

T2: How to judge the welding quality of electric fusion pipe fittings?

UN: It can be verified by three points:

• observation hole flanging height ≥1mm
• no shrinkage phenomenon after cooling
• Use the data recording function of the electric fusion welding machine to verify the welding parameters.
