Q1: The core difference between PPR pipe and PVC pipe?

Material difference: PPR is thermoplastic plastic, PVC is thermosetting

Temperature resistance comparison: PPR withstand 95 ℃ vs PVC maximum 60 ℃

Connection: PPR hot melt vs PVC adhesive

Q2: How to judge the quality level of PPR pipe?

Look at the light permeability: high-quality pipe is completely impervious to light.  

Measure the burning smoke: qualified products burn without black smoke and odour.  

Check the certification code: the official website can verify the product test report.  

Q3: What kind of PPR pipe should be used for floor heating system?

S2.0 series oxygen barrier pipe is recommended.  

Pipe diameter: 16mm or 20mm

Must be equipped with EVOH oxygen barrier

Q4: What are the common mistakes in PPR pipe installation?

Wrong: Insufficient heat fusion time leads to false welding

Correct: Use special welding mould (different pipe diameter corresponds to different temperature)  

Warning: Strictly prohibit the construction in the environment below 5℃.  

Q5: What are the maintenance points of PPR pipes?

Annual pressure test (1.5 times the working pressure)  

Regularly check the fixing of pipe clips

Installation of protective casing is required in areas with strong UV rays.
