De Gate Valve is a heavy-duty industrial isolation valve designed for reliable on/off service in water, olie, gas, and steam pipeline systems. Manufactured from high-strength ductile iron with renewable metal seat rings (13Cr/Stellite hardfaced), this valve provides excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service life in demanding environments. Featuring an OS&Y (Outside Screw and Yoke) rising stem design that provides clear visual position indication — the stem rises when the valve opens and lowers when it closes — this valve enables quick visual verification of valve status. The flanged ends conform to BS 5163, VAN 3202 F4/F5, and AWWA standards, ensuring compatibility with international piping systems. Designed and manufactured in accordance with API 600 — the American Petroleum Institute standard for heavy-duty bolted bonnet steel gate valves in petroleum refinery and related applications where corrosion, erosion, and severe service conditions require full port openings, heavy wall sections, and large stem diameters— available in sizes from DN80 to DN400 (3″ to 16″) with Class 150 drukklasse (PN10/PN16/PN25), this valve is suitable for water treatment, energieopwekking, brandbeveiligingssystemen, and industrial process lines.
