The Supapă de reținere cu flanșă este un grad premium, automatic non-return valve designed to prevent reverse flow in oil & gaz, apă, și sisteme de conducte industriale. Manufactured with a rugged WCB carbon steel, SS304, or SS316 body and a 13Cr/Stellite hardfaced metal seat, this valve provides excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service life in demanding environments. The flanged ends conform to ASME B16.5 standards with pressure ratings from Class 150 la 900 (JIS10-20K, PN1.0-32.0MPa), ensuring compatibility with international piping systems. FAQ

1. Can a swing check valve be installed vertically?

Nu. Swing check valves must be installedhorizontally (or in slightly sloping lines) because gravity is required to return the disc to its seat when flow stops. Vertical installation prevents the disc from fully closing, resulting in backflow.

2. What is the difference between metal seal and soft seal check valves?

Metal seal (13Cr/Stellite hardfaced) withstands higher temperatures (up to 600°C) and abrasive media, offering excellent corrosion and erosion resistance for high-pressure and severe service applications. Soft seal (EPDM/PTFE) provides zero leakage shut-off but has a limited temperature range (typically ≤120-260°C). This product features a metal seal, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and abrasive media applications.

3. What is the difference between API 6D and BS 1868 standardele?

API 6D is the design standard for pipeline valves in the oil and gas industry, covering gate, minge, and check valves. BS 1868 is the British standard specifically for steel check valves with flanged and butt-welding ends. The two standards are complementary in many aspects. This product meets both standards.

4. What testing standard does this check valve comply with?

5. What is the difference between WCB, SS304, and SS316 body materials?

WCB is carbon steel for general high-temperature service up to approximately 425°C. SS304 is stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance for water and mild chemicals.
