A: Standard products need to add anti-UV agent, outdoor service life can reach more than 20 år. It is recommended to use black pipe fittings (carbon black content ≥2%) in long-term sunshine environment.

Q2: How to judge the welding quality of electric fusion pipe fittings?

A: It can be verified by three points: ① observation hole flanging height ≥1mm ② no shrinkage phenomenon after cooling ③ Use the data recording function of the electric fusion welding machine to verify the welding parameters.

Q3: How to connect HDPE pipe fittings and steel pipes?

A: It is recommended to use flanged transition joints. It should be noted that:

• The end of the steel pipe should be treated with anti-corrosion;
• The EPDM sealing gasket should be used;
• The bolt torque should be controlled at 30-40N·m.
