• Precision Extrusion Molding
• Single-screw extrusion is used with strict temperature control (≤230°C to prevent degradation); the key to success lies in ‘gradient slow cooling’ p'iis (60°C → 40°C → 25°C staged spraying), allowing the nucleating agents to fully act and uniformly refine spherulites, avoiding internal stress and microcracks caused by rapid cooling; laser online diameter and thickness measurement is conducted throughout.
• Mandatory Quality Inspection and Certification
• Must pass a 1000-hour static hydrostatic test at 95°C/10.0MPa and extrapolate life to 70°C/50 years according to ISO 9080; simultaneously test thermal stability (OIT ≥ 20 min) and drinking water hygiene safety; after passing, the pipe body is mandatorily marked with PP-RCT, pressure rating, and the applicable standard.
