Heat resistance
HDPE pipes, made of high-density polyethylene, have relatively limited heat resistance but can still be used normally within a certain temperature range. Under normal circumstances, the temperature range of HDPE is typically between -40°C and +80°C, and with special formulations, some models can withstand higher temperatures. Problems that may occur at high temperatures
Material performance decline
HDPE pipes lose their mechanical strength in high-temperature environments beyond their tolerance and become more prone to deformation. It has relatively low mechanical strength in itself compared to traditional metal pipes, and high temperatures further undermine this property, making it unsuitable for withstanding excessive external pressure or loads.
Accelerated aging

HDPE pipes are usually installed using electrofusion connection technology, and high temperatures may affect the connection area, reducing the firmness of the connection and increasing the risk of leakage. Construction controls
Strictly follow the specifications during the construction process. For example, when connecting pipes, keep the joint area clean and ensure the firmness of the hot-melt connection. Set up a reasonable support frame to ensure the stability of the pipe at high temperatures and prevent deformation due to high temperatures. After the construction is completed, strict quality checks should be carried out, such as using an ultrasonic detector to check the sealing of the welded joints and conducting pressure tests on the pipes
