1. Material and Process

Raw material: high purity polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) resin, add stabilizer, impact agent and other additives to ensure the durability and environmental protection of the pipe.

Process: Produced by high-speed extrusion molding technology, the pipe wall is uniform and smooth, and the inner and outer layers are free of bubbles and impurities.

2. Core characteristics

Resistencia á corrosión: acid and alkali resistance, resistencia química á corrosión, suitable for complex environment.

Light weight and high strength: the weight is only 1/5 of the metal pipe, and the compressive strength is more than 10MPa.

A: Conventional PVC-U pipe is suitable for cold water ≤45℃; If you need to transport hot water, it is recommended to choose CPVC (cloruro de polivinilo clorado) tubo, the temperature can reach 90℃.

Q2: What is the difference between PVC pipe and PE pipe?

A: PVC pipe is more rigid and suitable for pressure system; PE pipe has good flexibility and is mostly used for buried gas/water supply.

Q3: How to cut and connect PVC Pipeline?

A: Cutting: Use a special cutter or saw blade to make sure the section is flat.
